In World Light Estudio we are committed to constant training, always being up to date with the latest developments of the various lighting manufacturers, knowing closely all the design and innovation of the lighting industry. Part of the success of our company is precisely this. Knowing first hand all the solutions available in the market to be able to offer our customers the most adapted and customized proposals to their architectural, construction or interior design projects.

Following this line of renewal and constant training, the management organized a trip to the facilities of Delta Light, one of our reference manufacturers and with whom we work on a daily basis. The experience was satisfactory both professionally and personally. At Delta Light's facilities we attended a brief presentation of the company by the CEO and the management team. We continued with an exciting visit, touring the different departments and meeting the entire team with whom we spoke daily by phone and email. To end the visit, we had a technical training on their latest developments and enjoyed their spectacular showroom.

Our directors, Bernat and Cati, had a surprise in store for the whole team. They had arranged for the entire team to attend Victor Küppers' conference, which was exciting, to be able to enjoy all that wisdom together!

This trip has been very positive in several aspects: on the one hand we have been able to meet in person the team that serves us daily at Delta Light, which makes our relationship more human, real and close. On the other hand, we have returned to Palma loaded with new knowledge that has a positive impact on our customers. And then with respect to the World Light team, it has been fantastic because we have met our colleagues outside the work environment, in a more relaxed and informal atmosphere and we have lived really positive, exciting and nourishing experiences. In our memories there are anecdotes and funny situations but above all an enriching experience on a professional and personal level and a big thank you to our directors for giving us the opportunity to live it.
