Random Solo by Lodes, Random Solo by Lodes, one of the must-haves in our lighting projects, Worldlight | Professional Lighting Studio

Five perfect spheres that fluctuate in the air like light glass balls. Designed by Chia-Ying Lee, Random Solo reinterprets the concept of the Random pendant lamp by separating the original group of pendant lamps into three elements and adding two new spheres in blown glass.

The five dimensions and the various finishes available offer ample freedom of decoration, both as individual pendant light points and in light and lively multiple compositions in groups of pendant lamps. The new fingerprint-resistant satin white finish magically changes the perception of the sphere and its volume, opening up new opportunities for interior decoration.
With Random Solo, designer Chia-Ying Lee releases the individuality of Random's spherical shapes, which now fluctuate like balls of light in their solitary beauty and let you imagine new compositions of luminous harmonies. The versatility of the creative concept, with the wide selection of refined finishes, offers ample freedom to compose unique decorative lighting elements.

The perfection of the sphere becomes a light and original playful element available in five sizes, with diameters of 12, 14, 18, 23 and 28 cm. The LED light source, 1 W in the smaller spheres and 3 W in the two larger spheres, is almost hidden in a silicone housing in the upper part of the glass diffuser and lights the entire sphere evenly. For the five spheres, the LED module is available in two different color temperatures, 2700 K or 3000 K*. The color rendering index (CRI) of 90 faithfully reproduces the natural color of objects.

Random Solo can be used as an element with an outlet, hung on a thin power cord, to create light points of light in the environment, or in multiple compositions in the various available fleurons. The transparent glass, the new satin white and the four original gradient metallic finishes (chrome, gold, rose gold, shiny smoke) can be combined as desired as in a charming set of luminous balls.
