P47: A Habitable Gallery

P47 is a residence that redefines the concept of home as a habitable gallery. Designed by Minimal Studio, every architectural detail has been carefully considered to create a monochromatic atmosphere of calm and precision. Light moves freely across all surfaces, generating a sense of continuity that envelops each space.

Neutral tones dominate both horizontal and vertical surfaces, while bronze-finished aluminum and umbra glass elements provide subtle contrast. The warmth of American walnut completes the palette, balancing technical sophistication with a welcoming and human feel.

The lighting design, developed by Worldlight, features minimalist and elegant luminaires that enhance the architecture without interfering with the purity of the materials.

Distributed across three levels, the residence includes five bedrooms, a gym, a cinema, and an elevator. Each space follows a silent architectural language where proportion, light, and materials come together in perfect harmony.

P47 does not seek to impress but to endure. It is a home experienced as a work of art: balanced, restrained, and honest, ideal for those who value timeless design and quality of life.
